Being single and working long hours the last thing you want to do when you get home is to start cooking, so you often take shortcuts that you know are not good for you. Well I have found the best solution to this dilemma, it means no more wasted food, no more junk food and in my case the most incredible home cooked meals six days a week. Yes I can feed myself one day a week. Her name is Sonia and I and growing number of other customers receive her incredible homecooked meals, each meal has a minimum of four vegetables, and main meal with the likes of steak and kidney (and yes actual kidneys) silverside and white sauce (my favourite) to a weekly menu with variety all delivered to your door. On site in the shop stuffed pies full of meat, sweet and savory slices and muffins that melt in your mouth this is just to name a few items off the menu.
Now you may be thinking how do you link awesome cooking, a healthy nutritional energy drink and a fun place to come and relax. 1. Engage the talents of some young artists from the local high school to decorate the walls of the shop. 2. Setup as an Internet Cafe /lounge complete with food and drinks. 3. Meeting place for presentations and conference calls to promote a really healthy energy drink currently in Pre-Launch in New Zealand and Australia.
So in summary we will be creating a fun place for kids to come to after school and weekends that will have the internet and be both a place to come for fun and dare I say educational. In addition for us adults it will be also be a centralised local meeting place, with the goal of introducing and promoting the healthy nutritional energy drink recently voted as the World’s No 1 Super Juice. for some really great info about Vemma /Verve is in my opinion the real deal as I know from own experience how much better I am. I have been recording my progress with Vemma/Verve and the results have been no less than spectacular. I can honestly say I shall be drinking this forever, have also just introduced it to my parents and will update you later on with their progress.

This website provides EFT videos and daily EFT empowerment tips and techniques, there is some access to the material and David’s blog has further content. I would suggest having a look at it, I do have an active membership with them and it is worth every penny.
I have put a link to David’s video to help to “SPREAD THE WORD” as we are again being bombarded with if possible more bad news, and as I have mentioned in an earlier post please do yourself a favour and turn off your connection to this BAD NEWS reporting be it TV or the newspaper it will honestly be the biggest favour you can do for yourself.
And by participating in the video with David on a daily basis it will assist in rebalancing your energy system and release fearful feelings fast. And last but not least as David said please “remember not to blame the poor innocent little piggies… it’s really not their fault”
Hello everyone I have been caught up lately in a lot of extra hours in rebuilding a companies accounting information, and so have not been updating my journal of my journey.
The important part of this post however, is that I have chosen for quite some time now. About two years NOT to participate in the mass media negativity that is commonly referred to as the NEWS.
So in summary I arrived in New Zealand in February and within a month had secured a full time position, which is a great challenge. and have awesome regular contact with my parents via the cheapest communication FREE commonly referred to as Skype. Have met new friends and having a fantastic time and I will repeat WHAT RECESSION do yourself the biggest favour and turn off from the negativity and woes being presented in the mass media.
Would’nt it be wonderful if we could have somewhere to tap into called the GOOD NEWS CHANNEL to see all the good things that people are doing around the world. I have been activitely using and applying the techniques of EFT referred to as Emotional Freedom Technique and the changes in my life have been and continue to be incredible, even to the fact that I now have my parents actually participating. I actually follow several EFT teachers and I will go into more detail about my experiences with EFT in further posts.
But for now I would like you to watch the video below where Brad Yates puts a differant perspective on the current state of the world economy. I have a lot of respect and actively follow his teachings of EFT and this video is just one of quite a few. I hope you watch and enjoy the video and I would encourage you to watch his other videos.
I am going home I can count the days until I fly out on the 16th Feb 2009, I can close my eyes and see the most incredible vision of green grass, trees as far as you can see and post and rail fencing.. The most perfect environment for horses. Initially will be little chaotic as I set up my new life but exciting to say the least. Learning new strategies and having fun at the same time. Have found the most wonderful homes for my other Horses and goats and I know they will be well loved. However, Westie and Michael will be coming to me at a later date as just cannot part with them. The plans in store for Michael are very exciting and I shall keep you all updated as time goes by.
In line with this new start is the fun and yes some frustration in looking for opportunities to start an online business. I have checked out a number to find them smoke and mirrors, however, I did come across John Thornhill and I am currently working with him in his personal coaching which is fantastic. Even before John recommended them I host with D9 Hosting the support is very personal and very supportive, I cannot thank Dan and Paula to much fantastic company.
I don’t have a mailing list at the moment that will come with time. However, even then you WON’T be receiving an email from me every other day plugging the latest and greatest product, I don’t work that way. I would prefer to send out a mailing that will contain a link to my latest blog posting, once I work out how.
