I have always had an interest in anything medical, because most things can be proved to be good or bad for us and our bodies.  It is time for accountability concerning all these energy drinks that are available to our children and in my case also my grandchildren. 
I urge you if you missed it to watch this story shown on The Current Affair presented by Tracey Grimshaw http://aca.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=856312  and even without the medical evidence so clearly shown, to actively see the physical results on those young men’s hearts and whilst they were at rest, was an eye opener.
I have a vested interest in this topic as I have a 22year old son who in the past was drinking excess amounts of another beverage the infamous coca cola, he reduced his consumption of that in favour of one of the culprits under fire “MOTHER” some choice, at least I hope he is not drinking Red Bull, or V!

Being single and working long hours the last thing you want to do when you get home is to start cooking, so you often take shortcuts that you know are not good for you.  Well I have found the best solution to this dilemma, it means no more wasted food, no more junk food and in my case the most incredible home cooked meals six days a week.  Yes I can feed myself one day a week.  Her name is Sonia and I and growing number of other customers receive her incredible homecooked meals, each meal has a minimum of four vegetables, and main meal with the likes of steak and kidney (and yes actual kidneys) silverside and white sauce (my favourite) to a weekly menu with variety all delivered to your door.  On site in the shop stuffed pies full of meat, sweet and savory slices and muffins that melt in your mouth this is just to name a few items off the menu.

Now you may be thinking how do you link awesome cooking, a healthy nutritional energy drink and a fun place to come and relax.  1. Engage the talents of some young artists from the local high school to decorate the walls of the shop. 2. Setup as an Internet Cafe /lounge complete with food and drinks.  3. Meeting place for presentations and conference calls to promote a really healthy energy drink currently in Pre-Launch in New Zealand and Australia.

So in summary we will be creating a fun place for kids to come to after school and weekends that will have the internet and be both a place to come for fun and dare I say educational.  In addition for us adults it will be also be a centralised local meeting place, with the goal of introducing and promoting the healthy nutritional energy drink recently voted as the World’s No 1 Super Juice.  for some really great info about Vemma /Verve is in my opinion the real deal as I know from own experience how much better I am.  I have been recording my progress with Vemma/Verve and the results have been no less than spectacular.  I can honestly say I shall be drinking this forever, have also just introduced it to my parents and will update you later on with their progress.
